Covid-19 Risk Assessment

After a long break, I'm happy to be back offering screen print workshops at my studio!

Following current Government guidelines and until restrictions have been lifted, I have adapted the classes to manage the risk of Covid-19 as follows:

Bookings for children's parties are available up to 4 children, preferably in a school bubble. If aged 11 and under they will not be required to wear a mask. A lateral flow test will be requested prior to the class.

To help maintain social distancing, adult class sizes will be a maximum of 2 people from two households, or 4 people from one household. This will be reviewed and hopefully relaxed as restrictions are lifted.

Myself and all students above the age of 12 will be required to wear a face covering throughout the lesson, but this can be discussed depending on circumstances and based on informed personal decisions.

Sharing of equipment will be minimised where possible and each participant will have their own work area and supplies, which will be disinfected before and after each class.

The use of hand sanitiser and/or hand washing will be regularly encouraged during the session.

Aprons are normally provided but for now it is advisable to bring your own and consider wearing clothes that you don't mind the odd splash of ink landing on.

Refreshments will not currently be provided so please bring your own bottle for drinking water etc.

Toilets are shared with the other studios at the Chocolate Factory but viral disinfectant and paper towels will be available for use.

After booking the class if you feel unwell and have any potential covid related symptoms or are self isolating, please get in touch and I will be happy to postpone or cancel the class with a full refund.

I am hoping that mixed groups can commence again at some point in the near future, without so many limits on social distancing. Three cheers for then!
