Children's Holiday Print Workshops - Summer Holidays
My last date for Easy Squeegee Kids has one place left. However I may be able to offer alternative dates on the 29th August. I just need a minimum of 4 children to run a workshop so if you can muster a little group together or would like to potentially reserve a place for your child/children, I will try and group similar ages together if possible - please get in touch at email@example.com and let me know your child's age and date you would prefer.
Easy Squeegee Kids is a workshop run during the school holidays. Aimed at 8-14 years. Each session will involve playful experimentation and screen printing with paper stencils. Includes a T-shirt or tote bag.
A chance to print something unique to take home and wear, carry or hang on the wall. The general theme is based around climate change/endangered species and caring for our big planet. We'll have some drawing and cutting exercises to start each session as a spring board for ideas to flow and grow. 6 children per class, so nice and small with lots of help to develop their designs.
I have plenty of books and props at the studio but if there is anything your child wants to bring along to the session to draw from, that's fine too.

'My 10 year old son and 5 mates had the most brilliant experience - and created & produced some fabulous prints! Can’t rate this workshop enough! Thank you so much!'
'The class was absolutely fantastic, a group of 6 kids ranging from 5-13yrs old. I wasn't sure what to expect. .but we all couldn't be happier. My 5yr old loved making his own t-shirt. Helen was calm and explained all the processes to the children. It was all very hands on and allowed the kids to be creative and independent with their designs. As soon as their session ended they wanted us to re-book. We are all all definitely going back!'
'My daughter and her friend attended Helen's workshop. There were items laid out to inspire them and help them come up with their own ideas. They produced lovely bags and came out with a very good idea of how to screen print.'
'I learnt how to screen print tops and bags. Helen was very nice and helped me in doing a hard cut out. The venue was inspiring and very intresting. I would definitly go there again, infact I'm already booked on two workshops which I am looking forward to!' (Greta age 9)
